Is the second shot offer only for those who were failed earlierly?Because I Passed one Exam.I am willing to write another one exam.Is the second shot offer applicable for second new exam?

What can I do if by Chance i did not Pass my 2nd shot exams.

i fail in the 70-290 exam and i registered for 2nd shot free but now i don't know how to give next free attempt. i fail because my simulation is not opened in the exam
